Unlock all Levels and Cheat Menu
- At the main menu hit punch, senses, punch, senses, punch, punch, crouch, senses. If you did it correctly you will hear a sound.
Now hit punch, senses, punch, senses, punch, punch, senses, punch, punch. You should hear another sound. Now hit crouch. If you did this correctly all the levels will now become available and a cheats option will be available when you pause the game.
