Have you ever wondered what happens when your Sim goes to work? Well in Open for Business you can see. This game allows you to create your own business in any empty lot. When you've started your business you can hire random people off the streets to be your employee's, but some of the people you hire may be bratty or mean so you'll have to fire them if they get you into trouble. When you are in your shop you can recieve customer satisfaction stars or something and you can also lose them. The people that you hire from the street can help you do that.
