1. Do I have to pay for hosting?
   No, hosting is completely free, all we ask is that you run at least one of our banners on your site. [top]
   
   
2. What type of sites do you host?
   We mainly host sites that are geared to one game or genre or offer content specifically for one game. We may also host Clan and Guild sites depending on the size and activity of the Clan/Guild. [top]
   
   
3. What type of sites don't you host?
   We will not host any site that is not game related or that conflicts with a site already on the network. For example we will not host a general news and reviews site or a general file download site, no matter how good they are! We will also not host sites that offer tools, trainers or programs to allow online cheating in games. Sites that deal with warez or sites that link to warez sites are definately not welcome. 4. How do you determine if a site will be hosted?
   To become hosted you dont have to have a special site or one that is beautiful. What we mostly look for when we choose sites to host are:
   
   
   1. Regular Updates: Sites that dont update often are boring so we only look for sites that offer new content on a regular basis as this gives something new for users to look at.
      
      
   2. Good Looking: While the site does not have to look amazing to be hosted, we will not host a site that is poorly designed or has a ghastly colour scheme as this is not fair on your or our visitors.
      
      
   3. Full of Content: Lots of 'coming soon' text will not get you hosted. We only want to host sites that are full of content and are not partially built. Lots of content means that your dedicated to your site and thats what we like.
      
      
   4. Something we dont have: As already stated, we wont host a site that covers the same topic another hosted site does. If the site is unique and offers new content to the network then you have a good chance of getting hosted.
      
      
   5. In English: Since we all speak English on games xtreme and we need to know what is on the hosted site, it needs to be in English.

5. Will you help me make a site?
   No, if your site does not exist we will not host it. What we are looking for are sites that are established and offer something we dont currently offer. Having an established, well written site full of content shows you are dedicated to it and that helps us evaluate your site for the better. New sites may come and go within months and we dont want to have a network full of old sites that are closed or shutting down. [top]
   
   
6. Will you help me promote my site?
   Yes, of course. Hosted sites are important to us and intially you will be promoted on games xtreme on the left navigation. Also if you have some new cool article or piece of news, let us know and we will link to it. As your site gets more popular and our network grows, the number of links to your site will grow giving you even more visitors. [top]
   
   
7. Can I host other sites on my hosted site?
   Unfortunately No. You could however give someone access to a subdirectory within your site, but you must keep an eye on them and any content they put there, making sure they stay within the rules. If they break any rules, you will be held responsible. [top]
   
   
8. How much Web space will I get?
   Initially you will get 500mb, which should be more than enough for most sites. However if you need more you can simply ask. [top]
